   Seeing as how all we have to offer is birthday greetings, and I am tired of   
   hearing about my own, I would like to propose a comedy challenge. A joke   
   contest....with no winner and no reward, just entertainment...if you will.   
   So to start it all off, I would like to offer this one which is not a joke   
   but actually happened out here in Richmond, BC.   
       On Grey Cup weekend a drunk was having a great time until he slip on a   
   chair and fell off a 10th floor balcony.   
   He landed on some grass.   
   An RCMP officer ran up and asked ³What happened?²
