   I thought that all alt.* groups were public, unmoderated and free. I was   
   wrong.   
   I posted to several groups, including alt.military.uk, a message warning   
   about a possible "War against China planned for 2010", but it was never   
   published in alt.military.uk.   
   Try to post something there and you shall see how much it delays.   
   So, if they have bothered in censure it, I guess it may be worth something.
