Slavery was abolished last in the South, but that doesn't mean racial animus
is a "Southern" thing. Where have the most "race" riots happened?

Where else, but in the Northern latitudes.

Reconstruction after the Civil War does seem to be a hot spot for the South,
but look at the other places.** Asterisks denote NORTHERN for you dumbass
   Nawthunuhs.

There are an overwhelming number of "racial incidences" in the North, as
opposed to the South. How can that be? California and South of Orlando
SHOULD be counted as North. There aren't too many crackers left down and out
   there, respectively.

Remember the asterisks, mean NORTHERN climes.
