   for talks... as usual Lavrov is coherent almost to the point of   
   eloquence.   
      
   Meself, if I was interested in "Making Ukraine Grate Again"*, or even   
   "Making An Awfully Grate Ukraine"**, I'd wanna make Ukrainian one of   
   Russia's "Official" languages and have it taught in schools from   
   Pinsk to Vladivostok.  White Russia gets a special status in the   
   Russias as a founding culture, an' so should Ukraine.
