   I propose that we need a Morganthau plan for Israel: make it a quiet   
   cabbage patch where people can be decent to each other.  Instead   
   of weapons it can be financed _trivially_ on tourism alone: with   
   any kinda decent peace that Al-Aqsa Mosque is _money-maker_ bigger
