   The Soviet Union ceased, effectively, after the battle of Stalingrad:   
   since then it's been problems of nomenclature and stupid greed on   
   the part of global "Elites", who are largely selected for their   
   physical, not mental, attributes.   
      
   *I* don't need Russia broke or broken at all, and the *worst* I can   
   say about Vlad is he's a good "King" when I'm not convinced Russia   
   really needs kings.
