   ORLANDO, Fla. (WKRC) - A 15-year-old boy allegedly shot and killed a   
   teenage bicyclist for an unknown reason, then abandoned his body and   
   left him "lying on the roadway on top of a bicycle."   
      
   Tommy Lagree Jr., 15, was smoking marijuana in a parked van with at   
   least two other people at around 6 p.m. on September 26, according to an   
   affidavit obtained by Law&Crime. Lagree was reportedly showing his   
   friends a Taurus 9mm handgun that he had brought with him and tucked in   
   his waistband.   
      
   Authorities said 17-year-old Jahriel Huertas arrived in the area at some   
   point while riding a bike. The affidavit did not specify what Huertas   
   was doing at the time nor if he had a previous relationship with Lagree   
   and his acquaintances.   
      
   At some point, Lagree allegedly took out his handgun and shot Huertas in   
   the head, killing him. Lagree and the others in the van reportedly fled   
   the scene on foot immediately, abandoning the vehicle.   
      
   Deputies arrived to find Huertas "lying on the roadway on top of a   
   bicycle suffering from a gunshot wound to the head," the affidavit said.   
   Huertas was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.   
      
   At least two of the people who ran from the van were apprehended after   
   authorities utilized a helicopter, and Lagree turned himself into police   
   shortly after the shooting accompanied by his attorney, who "advised   
   deputies that Lagree had shot someone and was turning himself in," the   
   affidavit said.   
      
   Lagree's motive for killing Huertas was not made clear, according to   
   authorities.   
      
   Lagree was arrested and charged as an adult with second-degree murder   
   and possession of a firearm by a minor.
