   Indeed.   
   I lived it and the difference was remarkable and quite noticeable to all   
   living there.   
      
   Bottom line is tough on crime works.   
   Defunding and attacking the police as a political weapon does not work.   
      
   It's common sense and really that simple but the leftists want anarchy so   
   of course they support the criminals instead of the victims.
