   How does a 2:18 video prove that?   
      
      
   Oh, and your link isn't FROM CNN.   
      
   It's from the NY Post CLAIMING that CNN said something.   
      
   That's what is called "hearsay"   
      
   And since you like definitions so much, let's be clear that hearsay is   
   not solely applicable in court. It is:   
      
   "information received from other people that one cannot adequately   
   substantiate"   
      
   And it turns out that if you watch the video AT CNN, it doesn't show the   
   SUV executing a 3 point turn over 4 minutes at all.   
      
   All that CNN says is that the VIDEO is 4 minutes long.
