   How about attempting to control not only intrastate commerce, but personal   
   transactions that aren't even commerce?   
      
   How about the very fact that such a measure would be objectionable if   
   suggested for Bibles, newspapers, or even to watch TV.   
      
   If such a step wouldn't be accepted if applied to the 1st Amendment, why do   
   you think doing it to the 2nd should be seen as acceptable?
