Bullshit. The only legal way I can buy a gun is through a FFL.
If I buy it over the internet, it is shipped to the FFL, a background
check is performed, I make two trips (separated by 10 days)
to the FFL to fill out 20 or so pieces of paperwork.
If I buy from an individual, both of us have to go to the FFL and perform
the above process.
If I buy from a store, I perform the above process at the store.
Some states have more restrictive laws than that, some have less.
CT is one of the states that already had restrictive laws, and the new ones
won't do squat.
The feds need to stay the hell out of this.
