   You're section is not the second amendment.  It's an incomplete   
   portion of it.  Sorry if I'm looking at the entire sentence and thus   
   complete amendment.  I know how its completeness must keep being a   
   kick in the gut and brain for you., you can;t seem to handle it all.   
   Even the justices looked at the entire amendment to explain both the   
   militia and right to bear arms aspects of it in arriving at their   
   conclusions.  And as partisan enough as it was, the left went with the   
   militia and the right went with the arms.  Funny how that happens when   
   there's an absence of agreement, huh?  Must mean the second amendment   
   makes no universal sense whatsoever, then.
