* ALL gun sales must be registered with government authorities. EVERY
SINGLE gun sale.
* EVERY SINGLE gun purchase must be subject to government approval.
* Semi-automatic firearms to be banned.
* Magazines holding more than 10 bullets to be declared illegal and
subject to severe punishmenrt, if found to be used.
* ALL firearms thefts to be reported to police.
* ALL firearms to be properly stored in appropriate, approved locked
containers when not in use.
* Appropriate checking to be implemented to ensure all legal
requirements are adhered to.
