   Well why don't you go after the ones doing most if not all the killing   
   The great majority are young black and hispanic males living in large cities   
   like Chicago, LA, Washington, Baltimore, etc who are involved with gangs and   
   drugs.   
      
   But that would actually require idiot sheeple like you to try to ACTUALLY   
   SOLVE THE PROBLEM instead of going after those who have done nothing wrong.
