   **I realise that, as an American, your English comprehension skills are   
   probably well below the standards of other English-speaking people, but,   
   to explain once more:   
      
   The CDC found that there was insufficient evidence to support a   
   conclusion either way. The CDC called for more investigation in to the   
   matter. The NRA has, thus far, blocked all government attempts to
