    In Oz, the victims are at risk   
    In the US, it's the burglars   
   I prefer the 2nd option.

   You're quite right   
   The "gun laws" do incur a massive social cost   
    It makes people more at risk of criminals..   
   Too bad that risk is even worse in Oz.
