   Try again   
   And do look up the appropriate statute before you pronounce yourself again.   
      
   Even in AUS. the criminal has to perform the threat in some way for it to be   
   a crime.   
    Just being threat from a situation is not provable as a crime unless you   
   have other witnesses. And even then may be dismissed by the authorities.
