   Not really; there would just be two (or three) wrist slap plea bargains   
   made so the case would not have to move through the courts, which are   
   overwhelmed with minor marijuana possession cases, lawsuits by folks   
   trying to get something for nothing, and whatever else unprincipled   
   lawyers can think up to keep themselves in Mercedes/BMWs.
