   Now now, don't blame ALL the People's Republic of NJ for her ignorance of   
   the laws, regarding which states that have reciprocity laws regarding   
   concealed carry...and across state lines.   
   NJ is a "MAY Issue" state period, regarding CCW in the first place!   
      
   Sure I feel sorry for the woman in question, but she was NOT educated enough   
   by her PA(obviously) authorities in the laws while she came here to find   
   better shopping deals across the Delaware with her children.?
