   Yes, that is correct.  There is a law, she broke it, and will more than   
   likely face the consequences (i.e. won't challenge the   
   constitutionality).  One day, I hope, a case like this will make it to   
   the supreme Court and we'll get some just constitutional adjudication.   
   I know, I know, I'm just a foolish dreamer.  Gotta cling to something...
