   IF the senior had more than about $3150 of EARNED income...and a pile of   
   medical expenses...THEN   
   a REFUNDABLE tax credit might be created. However, with less earned income   
   than about $3150, as the previous poster stated, NIL NADA refund will be   
   produced by the med expenses EVEN though they exceed 3% of NET income.
