   Besides, HE has no say in how the receipt is printed by the financial

   If his wife WHO OWNS the spousal account cashes in his contribution BEFORE   
   THREE YEARS has elapsed, BINGO, HE will be taxed on it, NOT HER!!!!  Take   
   THAT, you tax evaders.
