   Nope, debt-bond re-opening.  Happens when it wasn't filled the last time   
   it was open to lenders.

   We will see, you sure don't see it in the numbers.  Maybe at best a   
   leveling out of low wages and high unemployment.  The numbers of people   
   running out of EI before job is at a all time record high and the   
   government doesn't track these.  But government revenue is down.   
      
   Lots or taxed-working poor.  The new deal.
