   Sign up to any brokerage and subscribe to the notifications.  All it   
   takes is some money to invest.  Don't need hard figures, just watch the   
   notifications. Governments across Canada with emphasis on Ontario have   
   been trying to borrow any money they can.  Ottawa gave up a long time   
   ago as they can inflationary create it.   
      
   In fact, the biggest defunct debers in Canada are governments.
