   But it is the Ontario courts, not federal courts handling it.  Much of   
   the business and security laws are from Ontario, not Ottawa.  Hell, no   
   one trusts Ottawa, take Liberal ad-scammers, still haven't recovered the   
   money.   
      
   Ottawa wants to control this, but it is predominantly Ontario courts and   
   Ontario law.
