   The point is, they pay a pittance and, if you make too much in the   
   year, you have to pay it back.  What kind of 'insurance' does that?   
      
   There are, I believe, about 50 or so different 'zones' for EI.  I   
   understand that if you live in Alberta, for example, you have to work   
   the most time before collecting and get the least benefit.  If you   
   are a Newfie fisherman, it is WAY different.  What kind of bullshit   
   is that?
