   Didn't hear of CRA going after Brian Mulruiney for that $300K of cash.   
   You are supposed to claim the amounts in the year of reciept.   
      
   Hell, CRA didn't even go after ad-scamers as they didn't pay it back either.   
      
   Just depends who you know and bribe I guess.
