   Good points.  A degree at a foreign college should NOT be automatically   
   granted the Canadian equivalent, vis a vis professional qualification.   
   Some humanity should be a factor....all associated family members should be   
   LEGALLY SPONSORED--the sponsor TOTALLY responsible for their education,   
   language instruction, health care, food, clothing etc.
