   Good government isn't hands-off, stand back and let 'em do their thing   
   situation.  If you want good, efficient government, then show them how   
   to get more value out of the taxes they do collect.   
      
   You are a pisser and moaner, if you don't like what you are getting then   
   DO SOMETHING POSITIVE ABOUT IT, whiner.
