   I understand if we take a $13.5 billion bailout/loan package and in just   
   one year pay back the loan at a discount, say $1.4 billion.   
      
   I would like to apply for such a loan.  It is assured I can pay you back   
   with the money you give me.  I will make sure my lobbiests will make   
   contributions to your party as we make money from taxpayers debt.   
      
   It is a sweet deal!
