   Well, wrote my quarterly letter to Ed Stelmach asking for a   
   plebecite/referendum on Alberta leaving confederation.   
      
   More should.  Maybe we can make some progress.   
      
   Imagine the Ottawa knee jerk if we did and 70% supported leaving   
   confederation.
