   And instead of increasing the numbers of MPs, reduce them to 50 or so.   
   Savea huge bundle.  And if PEI doesn't like the reallocation, ask them   
   to leave.  Quit pandering to these irrational jack asses.  Ditto Quebec,   
   quit transfer payments completely.  It is just pay for ineptness and
