   1.  Never vote in a right wing government whose inherent tenet is 'the   
   taxpayers pockets   
   are deep enough for any of our spending whims'.   
      
   2.  Never allow ANY sales tax to take root in a province.  That way, the   
   federal   
   government can't tag still another tax onto the provincial one.   
      
   Note that Albertans 'got caught' with the federal tax only.  PEI is now up to   
   15% in   
   taxes.  Watch the BC and Ontario taxes start to rise even more once the HST is   
   in place.   
      
   How do you like paying $12 to $15 taxes on every hundred you spend - to   
   incompetent and
