   The only "choping government" we need is chopping the likes of Stephen Harper   
   - who think   
   it's okay to spend BILLIONS on wars in foreign lands, but somehow think that   
   healthcare,   
   education and environmental initiatives don't warrant tax dollar spending.   
      
   Let him put his government's largest spending programs to a vote by the   
   Canadian public   
   and you'd see Afghanistan gone - as well as his newly-appointed,   
   Conservative-friendly,   
   Senators gone.
