   Nope.  Treating them different is actually in my books, racist.  They   
   should be treated exactly like any other Canadian for taxes and   
   benefits.  Want to hunt/fish?  They need to stand in the same line I am   
   in. (or I get to hunt/fish like they do).  Precisely equal.   
      
   If they want to declare themselve a nation, fine, why are we giving   
   money to other countries for no return?  Put a border up and start   
   chaging GST/HST/Excise etc.
