   Elections should be electronic and outsourced.  Get that down to $30M a   
   year and have elections every year.   
      
   But government still thinks in 1800's mode where a mule actually had to   
   ravel to Ottawa to count results.  In reality, 1 minute after the polls   
   close the results should be published and history. Now elections Canada   
   can be chair mushrooms for 4.5 years.
