   Agreed on that point.  Two shifts of 10 weeks each in a 20 week season   
   so more can get EI.   
      
   EI should go to a LIRA, thus if you don't use it, then you can have it   
   for retirement.  But if you use it, you can only use what you have put   
   into it.  Solves the east coast social assistance abuse nicely and is   
   fair for the rest of the country too.
