   Your reading-comprehension skills are deficient. The judge clearly said   
   that he was NOT granting a truth or Justification defense. IOW, what they   
   wrote was not true.   
      
   They got off on a legal technicality that is usually reserved for the   
   truly deluded and stupid. If you don't like that, take it up with the   
   judge. They did not challenge this judgment, so why are you?
