   Its rigged.  Just have to deal with them to find out.   
      
   This year they flagged many people as non-residents for TFSA, even   
   though they had filing Canadian taxes at a Canadian residence and   
   Canadian employer for over 5 years.  They will not look at their own   
   freaking systems to verify, wanting more paperwork.  Totally illogical   
   too, they think I pay taxes for nothing?  Stupid chair mushrooms.
