   Agreed.  CRA only has one code, screw the taxpayer for as much as they   
   can milk you for.  If they have ethics, it is entirely secondary to tax   
   greed.   
      
   Might have some good news though on my situation.  Idiots are trying to   
   tax/penalty me on TFSA, guess they don't like that I have made over $7K   
   and no taxes.... but they claim I am a foreign resident and not TFSA   
   eligible.   
      
   After 4 phone calls to them and a lot of frustration I was about to give   
   up and just wait for the government to make a move, then get a   
   lawyer...then got a call out of the blue.  She asked if I can prove   
   reidency.  I pointed out there should be 8 years of returns filed at   
   this Canadian residence with a Canadian employer with Canadian   
   investment tax receipts in Canada and government has my re-entry   
   paperwork.  Put me on hold for 10 minutes and cam back an said they will   
   fix it.  But don't have confirmation yet.   
      
   Oh, I also had to cite one of their own bulletins to get them to reverse   
   their adjustment arbitrarily slapped on my correct filing.   
      
   Bunch of greedy stupid selfish idiots.  Never use their advice, use a   
   tax accountant unless your filing is abc.
