   It's much worse than that. Invented debt, collected by way of garnishee   
   (or even just the threat of it) tends to diminish the employment   
   opportunities of the 'debtor'. And thus begins the downward spiral, for a   
   lot of people who get saddled with unmanageable invented debt. I've seen   
   it happen to a lot of people.

   Difficult enough to get one job, when the "creditor" is telephoning   
   potential employers and threatening to sue them.You do not have the least
