   Extremely good habit I suspect 80%+ of the people never get.

   Quite true, and in fact might even be more popular than poorer people as   
   a percentage.  If you haul in $100k/year the bank will extend your   
   credit to far too much of what is good for you.  Where as if you make   
   only $25k/year getting a card with more than a $2k limit might be hard.   
      
   I watch "Till Debt Do Us Part" and I can't understand how people are so   
   undisciplined to let frivolousness debt go to $30K, $60K and beyond.
