   I think your missing the point, all I’m trying to say is that these corrupt   
   governments and elected officials now think of themselves as gods, who feel   
   they can do as they please to anyone, the sheep.........as I said, if the   
   the governments wants people’s property, they could just take it under the   
   lands appropriations act, one way is to use the minerals or water for   
   justification, or the right of way for highways or whatever excuse they want   
   to use, pay you next to nothing if they choose, so anyone saying their   
   property is safe, and free and clear is living in lala land, about the whole   
   issues of property ownership.

   Canada

   by the appropriate government body. Once property is taken, an owner is   
   entitled to "be made whole" by compensation for: the market value of the   
   expropriated property, injurious affection to the remainder of the property   
   (if any), disturbance damages, business loss and special difficulty   
   relocating. Owners can advance claims for compensation above that initially   
   provided by the expropriating authority by bringing a claim before the court   
   or an administrative body appointed by the governing legislation, but even   
   this is changing now with unlawful acts or regulations that have nothing to   
   do with the law as in common law.   
      
      
      
   So anyone who thinks they are free and clear need to make sure they own the   
   mineral rights to their property. Personally I don’t like the way government   
   try to steal private property that have no effect or right in law.

   Again you missed my point, many private property has been taken under   
   federal laws based on bogus drug claims by police and governments who act as   
   tyranny is a right.   
   You have missed a lot of news reports of innocent people losing their   
   private property due to them calling about druggies on their property. I   
   would never call the cops as you would think the police are supposed to help   
   innocent people, but in fact end up arresting those calling them in the   
   first place who didn’t do a dam thing, that I have seen too many times and   
   they the cops end up violating innocent people’s rights and freedoms and   
   disrupting their lives because of scumbags.   
      
   I don’t like dopers of any kind, I hate these druggie scumbags and if they   
   come on my property they just might get hurt... My property, my rules, as I   
   have as rental units in buildings,by enforcing my laws as non-smoking units   
   as rental units in a contract form put forth and I don’t give a rats ass   
   what governments say...No one is forcing people to live on my property.
