   Can't sell a property without clearing the land taxes, and that is with   
   penalties and interest.  Wasting good money for delinquency.

   If some did drugs on my property, I would call the cops and have then   
   hauled off my property.  I don't have friends that do dope as I find   
   dopers to make poor friends, always stupid troubles you don't want nor   
   need.  Easier just to avoid the delinquents.
