   Delinquent debtors, fraudsters, thieves and small time dopers go to a   
   lab our camp. They don't have much in the ways of jails. Once   
   convicted, you are expected to work while in lockup.   
      
   And the final words are, "If we see you again it could be your   
   last....", they take a real dim view of repeat offenders, not uncome to   
   be executed for it.
