   Why would you want to?

If GST credit is worth that much to them put it straight. Pay rent in
cash and no receipts, or I up the rent and you pay by check? Third
   option, welshers move out.

Hey, the whole idea if this rent-credit crap and other gimmicks is about
finding out who gets rent without declaring it as income. Government
doesn't care, it is a CRA gimmick. Like those home improvement tax
credit deals. It is about getting the data to screw somebody.

If it is all Bush's fault, then how come Obama is doing much more of the
   same and expecting different results?
