   Yep.  But further, I don't know why people rent out their properties.   
   Between tax headaches and tenant BS, your setting yourself up for the   
   screw.  Unless you can leverage the market lows to buy and dump in hot   
   markets being a landlord just doesn't make sense.  Too many   
   uncontrollable variables and vulnerabilities and the CRA is just one.   
      
   There are better ways to invest.  Buy a REIT for example.  And no phone   
   calls that the furnace is broke or toilet is plugged.
