   Which is why I like some select REITS and REIT like funds, once the   
   money is in my account it is mine.   
      
   I find developers too risky, 1/2 end up bust sooner or later.  So unless   
   you have an inside word on them, I shy away.  But if you get them gains,   
   it is sweet as gains are taxed less and it is the net after taxes that   
   counts.
