Government doesn't give a damn. Take cheese, USA is $4.65 and the same
item in Canada is $12.99....just a little tariff greed and price fixing.
Then excise, sales and other hidden taxes. Even civic tax greed on
   rent/utilities.

To Ottawa and other governments, we are just tax sheep. Viewing it this
way is the only way to explain how taxation really works.

Poor already paying for it. Just many are too stupid to realize it.
Just suckers for paying $1000s in extra often hidden taxes for a $80 GST
   check. Penny wise, pound foolish.
