   I agree with this as it leaves a better trail.  But there is two sides   
   to electronic only money transactions.   
      
   First is good, harder for people to evade taxes.  Sell some dope, have   
   to leave a easy to track record.   
      
   Bad part is pending internal talk on transaction tax greed.  Yep,   
   another way for government tax greed to screw the people like tax slaves.   
      
   I would be all for a 100% electronic currency ony system on one key   
   provision.....   
      
   Government defines in exact definitive terms a persons maximum tax   
   liability from all sources and defines it in a way you can never be   
   obligated to pay income/spend/property/utility/hidden taxes of over a   
   defined amount.   
      
   That is, you have a guaranteed right to a fixed percentage of your   
   income that cannot be tax-confiscated under any circumstances.  And   
   account for all taxation....right to the transaction tax.   
      
   As government tax greed knows no end.....

   other people pay for it.  When the credit runs out and those that pay
